Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une r\u00e9gulation \u00e9thique fond\u00e9e sur la conviction qu\u2019il existe un lien humain universel qui nous relie tous et nous permet de surmonter tous les d\u00e9fis auxquels nous sommes confront\u00e9s, que ce soit individuellement ou collectivement.
