{"id":11969,"date":"2024-10-15T20:56:16","date_gmt":"2024-10-15T18:56:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acropolis.org\/?p=11969"},"modified":"2024-10-15T20:56:16","modified_gmt":"2024-10-15T18:56:16","slug":"beneficios-psicologicos-en-la-practica-del-deporte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.acropolis.org\/es\/escuela-del-deporte\/2024\/beneficios-psicologicos-en-la-practica-del-deporte\/","title":{"rendered":"Beneficios psicol\u00f3gicos en la pr\u00e1ctica del deporte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando hacemos la pregunta: \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los beneficios que el ejercicio f\u00edsico nos aporta?\u00bb, la mayor\u00eda de las respuestas se referir\u00e1n al plano f\u00edsico en general y al est\u00e9tico en particular; nos hablar\u00e1n de perder kilos, estilizar nuestra figura, fortalecer nuestros m\u00fasculos, mejorar nuestra condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica\u2026 Pero se nos suele olvidar la importancia que tiene hacer deporte para la salud mental, haciendo bueno aquel aforismo romano: \u00ab<em>Mens sana in corpore sano<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dejando aparte el impacto positivo que tiene para mantener el cerebro sano y prevenir enfermedades neurodegenerativas, son numerosos los beneficios psicol\u00f3gicos que esta actividad nos da; bajada de los niveles de estr\u00e9s y ansiedad, estabilidad emocional, aumento de la capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n, reducci\u00f3n de las depresiones, potenciaci\u00f3n de la autodisciplina, adquisici\u00f3n de responsabilidad, disminuci\u00f3n de la agresividad\u2026 Todos ellos de gran importancia, pero nos gustar\u00eda destacar dos en particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acropolis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Beneficios-psicologicos-en-la-practica-del-deporte.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11970\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.acropolis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Beneficios-psicologicos-en-la-practica-del-deporte.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.acropolis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Beneficios-psicologicos-en-la-practica-del-deporte-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer beneficio es la fuerza de voluntad, el saber vencer las adversidades pidiendo un esfuerzo extra para alcanzar nuestra meta. El cuerpo es un organismo que tiende al confort y, cuando estamos realizando un ejercicio continuado, llega un punto en que nos pide claramente que paremos. Es el momento de ponernos a prueba, de que la mente se niegue a satisfacer esas demandas, de seguir adelante. Si somos capaces de superar esa crisis, nos llevar\u00e1 a aumentar nuestra autoestima y nos ayudar\u00e1 a superar los obst\u00e1culos que la vida nos pone en el camino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El segundo es el fomento del trabajo en equipo, que aunque es obvio en deportes como el baloncesto o el voleibol, no lo parece tanto en las disciplinas individuales; sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n en estas se da. Existen los entrenadores, los compa\u00f1eros de entrenamiento, las personas cercanas a ti que te apoyan, todas ellas est\u00e1n presentes en tu cabeza a la hora de practicar deporte y te sirven de acicate para esforzarte y superar los momentos de debilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la&nbsp;<em>Escuela del Deporte con Coraz\u00f3n<\/em>&nbsp;fomentamos realizar esta actividad con conciencia, hay que buscar los arquetipos, buscar lo Bueno, lo Justo y lo Bello, hay que combatir contra uno mismo, intentando superarse, hay que evitar el victimismo y la cultura del \u00abtodo vale para ganar\u00bb, hay que imbuirse del esp\u00edritu ol\u00edmpico de la antigua Grecia, que buscaba la fraternidad para llegar a la concordia.
