Es una normativa \u00e9tica basada en la creencia de que existe un v\u00ednculo humano universal que nos conecta a todos y nos capacita para superar cualquier reto al que nos tengamos que enfrentar, ya sea individual como colectivamente. Es una filosof\u00eda moral, una idea integradora de fraternidad, solidaridad y lealtad que naci\u00f3 en Sud\u00e1frica y que ha influido en muchos otros pa\u00edses, no s\u00f3lo africanos -como Senegal o el Congo-, sino tambi\u00e9n en todo el mundo.
