data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Since 2021, the New Acropolis International Organization (IONA) has joined the United Nations initiative for International Mother Earth Day. In all its chapters around the world, activities are organized to sensitize, raise awareness, repair or improve the conditions of balance and health between human beings and the Earth.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-dd7817f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"dd7817f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-aeacd91\" data-id=\"aeacd91\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00ea4e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00ea4e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our organization has been carrying out educational work and raising environmental awareness for decades, and for this reason we joined &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.decadeonrestoration.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The United Nations Decade for Ecosystem Restoration<\/em><\/a> &#8220;, which was launched on June 5, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, within the framework of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acropolis.org\/en\/new-acropolis-and-the-sdgs\/\">SDG<\/a> 17, <strong>\u00ab<em>Building alliances to achieve the sustainable development goals<\/em>\u00bb<\/strong>, we have made 147 alliances in 27 countries. New Acropolis has received several awards for its work in favor of the environment. In almost all cases, they had the support of municipal governments and they collaborated with entities or private companies committed to World Earth Day. It also had the support of prominent personalities in defense of the environment.  <\/p>\n<p>Our solidarity volunteer work contributes to the effort to advance the goals of SDGs 13 and 15. As the UN document &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/dds.cepal.org\/redesoc\/publicacion?id=5417\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Making peace with nature\u2026<\/em><\/a>&#8221; says, , &#8220;transforming humanity&#8217;s relationship with nature is the key to achieve a sustainable future&#8221;. For this reason, we continue to raise awareness and educate citizens to generate awareness and respect for Mother Earth, and to have a more sustainable lifestyle that protects the ecosystem in which we live.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-4e59113 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4e59113\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-a2509b6\" data-id=\"a2509b6\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0798b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f0798b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Synthesis of Activities for 2022<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c20c8d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c20c8d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aware that the human being is the key to all problems and solutions, and that constant and persevering educational work is required, a large number of talks and conferences were offered as a way of raising practical environmental awareness.<\/p>\n<p>This vision was presented as a means to address the environmental crisis, not simply through technical understanding, but by falling back in love with Nature, as was the case in all ancient civilizations.<\/p>\n<p>Our contribution, in line with the wisdom of classical teachings, is that philosophy in action is a viable means of transforming the individual and the community. By drawing lessons from the wise traditions and exploring the 7 principles of life to act in accordance with the Laws of Nature, we aim to develop a sense of belonging to planet Earth, through a
